Save Ginger: Daniel can't afford the emergency vet

Ginger is my German shepherd of nine years. On 30 July we rushed to Fortaleza Animal Hospital with bloat. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $500.
They have stabilized Ginger, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Ginger is more than a pet - Ginger got me through my hardest year. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Fortaleza Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Ginger's recovery.

• Emergency surgery: $230
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $115
• Medication and follow-up visits: $70
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $85
