Save Ginger: Araba can't afford the emergency vet
A rescue greyhound named Ginger needs orthopedic surgery - a $300 bill the family can't cover.

Ginger is my rescue greyhound of three years. On 24 August we rushed to Obuasi Veterinary Centre with kidney failure. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $300.
They have stabilized Ginger, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Ginger is more than a pet - Ginger got me through my hardest year. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Obuasi Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $300 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $220
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $45
• Medication and follow-up visits: $30
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $5

Sending love. Gave what I could, wish it was more. We're a small family in Nairobi but we're thinking of you
