Save Finn: Latha can't afford the emergency vet
Finn, Latha's rescue greyhound, needs urgent treatment for a ruptured cruciate ligament costing $450.

Finn is my rescue greyhound of thirteen years. On 30 June we rushed to the Dwarka Emergency Vet Clinic with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $450.
They have stabilized Finn, but the treatment can't wait beyond September.
Finn is more than a pet - Finn is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $20 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to the Dwarka Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Finn's recovery.
Where the $450 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $290
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $70
• Medication and follow-up visits: $25
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $65
Thanks for being kind about this.
