Daisy is my cat of two years. On 3 September we rushed to Medellín Animal Hospital with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $800. They have stabilized Daisy, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Daisy is more than a pet - Daisy walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $80 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Medellín Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals. Where the $800 goes: • Emergency surgery: $500 • Hospitalization (4 nights): $190 • Medication and follow-up visits: $35 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $75 Thanks for reading all this.
