Save Daisy: Grace can't afford the emergency vet
Daisy, Grace's rabbit, needs urgent treatment for severe tick fever costing $350.
🇬🇭 Ghana1,035 views
Daisy is my rabbit of thirteen years. On 26 November we rushed to Obuasi Animal Hospital with severe tick fever. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $350.
They have stabilized Daisy, but the treatment can't wait beyond January.
Daisy is more than a pet - Daisy got me through my hardest year. I have already put $55 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Obuasi Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Daisy's recovery.
Where the $350 goes:
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $100
• Medication and follow-up visits: $40
• Emergency surgery: $210
I hope life is good to you.

Any update on how things are going in Obuasi?
Sending good thoughts, Grace. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Don't give up. Take care.
