Save Coco: Pavel can't afford the emergency vet

Coco is my three-legged dog of three years. On 19 September we rushed to Odesa Veterinary Centre with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $400. They have stabilized Coco, but the treatment can't wait beyond December. Coco is more than a pet - Coco is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $25 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Odesa Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Coco's recovery.
