Save Coco: Felix can't afford the emergency vet

Coco is my German shepherd of two years. On 26 September we rushed to Leipzig Animal Hospital with bloat. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $1,200.
They have stabilized Coco, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Coco is more than a pet - Coco got me through my hardest year. I have already put $165 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Leipzig Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $1,200 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $510
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $280
• Medication and follow-up visits: $250
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $160

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Felix.
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. emergency surgery comes first ($510) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid.
