Save Buddy: Roberto can't afford the emergency vet

Buddy is my German shepherd of thirteen years. On 3 January we rushed to Guarulhos Animal Hospital with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $750. They have stabilized Buddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond March. Buddy is more than a pet - Buddy got me through my hardest year. I have already put $65 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
