Save Buddy: Rashid can't afford the emergency vet

Buddy is my German shepherd of six years. On 30 June we rushed to Islamabad Veterinary Centre with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $350. They have stabilized Buddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond September. Buddy is more than a pet - Buddy got me through my hardest year. I have already put $30 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Islamabad Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
