Save Buddy: Kiran can't afford the emergency vet

Buddy is my tabby kitten of six years. On 25 August we rushed to Multan Veterinary Centre with kidney failure. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $100. They have stabilized Buddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Buddy is more than a pet - Buddy got me through my hardest year. I have already put $25 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Multan Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
