Save Bruno: Antônia can't afford the emergency vet
Bruno, Antônia's German shepherd, needs urgent treatment for a tumor on the spleen costing $500.

Bruno is my German shepherd of thirteen years. On 3 September we rushed to Rio de Janeiro Veterinary Centre with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $500.
They have stabilized Bruno, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Bruno is more than a pet - Bruno got me through my hardest year. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Rio de Janeiro Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Bruno's recovery.
Where the $500 goes:
• Medication and follow-up visits: $70
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $40
• Emergency surgery: $390
