Save Biscuit: Sumaiya can't afford the emergency vet
Biscuit, Sumaiya's tabby kitten, needs urgent treatment for pyometra costing $200.

Biscuit is my tabby kitten of eleven years. On 7 September we rushed to the Cox's Bazar Emergency Vet Clinic with pyometra. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $200.
They have stabilized Biscuit, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Biscuit is more than a pet - Biscuit is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $20 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Cox's Bazar Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $200 goes:
• Medication and follow-up visits: $15
• Emergency surgery: $120
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $65
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

Looking forward to the next update. I'm in farming myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you!
so sorry you're going through this, Sumaiya. Shared it with a few friends. I hope November is when things finally get easier. Greetings from Brooklyn.
you're not alone, Sumaiya. Hope you get there. Blessings.
Wishing you the best, Sumaiya. Gave what I could, wish it was more. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. God bless.
We've got a rescue too so I know how much they mean. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
