Sarah's path to healing - EMDR therapy in Tema

After bullying at school, Sarah has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the Tema Counselling Collective cost $15 each.
Sarah has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Sarah could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Sarah, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
