Salma starts a job in a neighboring city: travel help wanted
A ride and a few boxes: that's all that stands between Salma and a new job.

I have been offered a job in a neighboring city, starting on Wednesday in November. I can't afford the bus and the 8 boxes I need to carry with me, and moving costs are beyond my means.
If you or someone you know is driving between Dhaka and a neighboring city, I'd love to share the journey, and I can cover fuel. If you have a van and a free day, even better.
I'm a good conversationalist but happy to be quiet. I have a reference from my last employer and from the person I'll be renting from in a neighboring city.
Thank you for reading my story.

- one-way trip

Thinking of you, Salma. I hope things turn around soon. After 25 years in nursing I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
Sending strength. I hope things turn around soon. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Thinking of Dhaka.
Thanks for sharing this, Salma. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Love from Perth.
Thinking of you and your family, Salma. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Thinking of Dhaka

Hope things get better soon. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Thinking of Dhaka!
Keep going, Salma. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Greetings from Kota.
Hope it all works out. Small businesses are the heart of Dhaka. Hope you're open again soon. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Greetings from Fukuoka.
