Saeed lives with a spinal cord injury. The occupational therapist at Giza General Hospital has assessed him and recommended a communication tablet with eye tracking. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,450.
His current equipment is 11 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 8 weeks.
With the right equipment Saeed could attend work interviews. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.

• Fitting and training sessions: $35
• Delivery and set-up: $30
• First-year servicing plan: $35
