Rubén needs my ride-share car repaired to get back to work in Madrid
Without my ride-share car Rubén can't work; a $700 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my ride-share car. 12 weeks ago the rear axle failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $700. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my wife and our newborn. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $700 goes:
• Labor charges: $110
• rear axle replacement (parts): $380
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $210
Thanks for being kind about this.

can I help in a way that isn't money? I'm near Madrid!
Thank you. If you're in Madrid I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. Ask me anything else.
Stay strong, Rubén. Shared this with my family. Put this on a community board in Thane this morning. Blessings
