Ronke needs valve repair surgery at Ikeja Community Hospital and the family is $850 short of the hospital's estimate.

Ronke was diagnosed with an aortic valve defect in December. The surgeon at Ikeja Community Hospital recommended valve repair surgery, and She is scheduled for March. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,050, and after what the government subsidy will pay we're still $850 short.
my daughter has been in and out of Ikeja Community Hospital since December. The doctors say an aortic valve defect will get worse without valve repair surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,050 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Ronke struggles with daily life and can't stand for more than ten minutes. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Recovery is expected to take about 5 weeks. During that time Ronke won't be able to stand for more than ten minutes, so the costs keep growing.
