Roman's ACL reconstruction can't wait - please help us cover the bill

In April I was diagnosed with an aortic valve defect. My surgeon at Saint Joseph Hospital recommended ACL reconstruction, and I have been placed on the schedule for June. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $3,200, and after what my employer's plan will pay, I'm still $2,400 short.
Doctors at Saint Joseph Hospital told me an aortic valve defect will get worse without ACL reconstruction. I work as a hotel cleaner, and I have saved what I can, but the estimate of $3,200 is far beyond what I've.
Until the surgery I can't work full days, and my hours as a hotel cleaner have already been cut. Every week of waiting means more pain and a bigger risk.

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Roman.
It's all in the list in the story. surgeon and anesthesia fees is the big one at $920, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. I'll keep the page updated.
