Rodrigo's final semester of a pharmacy diploma in Veracruz
Rodrigo is one semester away from finishing a pharmacy diploma but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $1,800.

Rodrigo is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a pharmacy diploma at Veracruz University, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,800.
The registrar has said Rodrigo can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Rodrigo has a first-class average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Rodrigo would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Rodrigo isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Veracruz University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.

• Final term tuition: $790
