Rocky's kidney failure: help with the vet bill

Rocky is my dog of two years. On 25 January we rushed to Tokyo Animal Hospital with kidney failure. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $2,300. They have stabilized Rocky, but the treatment can't wait beyond April. Rocky is more than a pet - Rocky is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $230 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Tokyo Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals. Where the $2,300 goes: • Medication and follow-up visits: $195 • Emergency surgery: $1,600 • Hospitalization (4 nights): $505 Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself. - Taiga
