Rocky's bloat: help with the vet bill

Rocky is my senior cat of two years. On 20 September we rushed to Zapopan Animal Hospital with bloat. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Rocky, but the treatment can't wait beyond December. Rocky is more than a pet - Rocky is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $95 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Zapopan Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Rocky's recovery.
