After a house fire, Robert has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Jacksonville Counselling Collective cost $110 each.
Robert has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Robert could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Robert, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
