Robert's final semester of a teaching qualification in Birmingham
A first-generation student, Robert needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a teaching qualification.

Robert is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a teaching qualification at Birmingham Community College, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $3,700.
The registrar has said Robert can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Robert has a distinction average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Robert would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Robert isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Birmingham Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $3,700 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $2,100
• Final term tuition: $1,200
• Exam and lab fees: $70
• Textbooks and materials: $330
