Rides to dialysis three times a week for Alice in Nottingham
A rota of drivers to the Nottingham Dialysis Unit would keep Alice on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Alice has been on dialysis for 1 years and until recently drove to the Nottingham Dialysis Unit alone. After a minor stroke, Alice can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 9 km each way.
Alice is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.

Hang in there. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
