Reiko can't leave home - help build a ramp
Reiko uses a wheelchair and can't leave the house because of three steps at the door; we need a few hours of carpentry.

Reiko has used a wheelchair since 2025, and the house has three steps at the front door and no ramp. At the moment Reiko can only go outside when two neighbors are available to lift the chair.
The materials (treated timber, screws and non-slip surface) have been donated by a local lumberyard. We need a carpenter or two to measure, cut and build, plus a helper or two.
The ramp has to meet the accessibility guideline for gradient, which is why a person with building experience is important. We estimate six hours of work.
Tools are welcome - saws, drills, spirit levels. We'll provide refreshments, and Reiko's family will cook lunch for the team.

Wishing you peace, Sosuke. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Blessings
hope you get there. Wish I lived closer to Brooklyn so I could bring a meal.
I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Thinking of Fukuoka.
