Regina was diagnosed with a thyroid nodule that needs removal in February. The surgeon at Bogotá Orthopedic Institute recommended knee replacement surgery, and She is scheduled for June. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $2,900, and after what the government subsidy will pay we're still $1,450 short. my wife has been in and out of Bogotá Orthopedic Institute since February. The doctors say a thyroid nodule that needs removal will get worse without knee replacement surgery.
