She has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,500. The registrar has said Regina can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Regina has a distinction average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Regina would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Regina isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the São Paulo Community College bursar's office.
