Rebuilding after the landslide: the Greenfield district needs your help
The landslide damaged 50 homes in the Greenfield district. We're raising funds for repairs, supplies and temporary shelter.

The landslide hit the Greenfield district on 26 May. My home was one of 50 damaged, and 6 families are still in temporary shelter at the sports club.
The first few days we shared what little we had. Now the cleanup has started, but we've no money for materials and winter or the rainy season is coming.
Schools in the area have been closed, and the clinic lost its cold storage for vaccines. We're a small community of working families who have never asked for help before.
We have formed a volunteer committee, and I'm the treasurer, so I'll post receipts for everything we buy.
We buy supplies locally and in bulk, so the money goes further. Receipts and photos will be posted in updates.
Where the $1,300 goes:
• Tools and labor for repairs: $110
• Food parcels for displaced families: $370
• Roofing sheets and timber: $720
• Clean water and purification supplies: $100
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

looking forward to the next update. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Greetings from Brescia.
Best of luck, Mercy. Gave what I could, wish it was more.
