After burnout at work, Raúl has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Ciudad de México cost $25 each.
Raúl has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Raúl could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Raúl, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
