Ramesh needs a stair-climbing aid - help us make it happen
A stair-climbing aid would give Ramesh independence - we're $1,050 away.

I live with a spinal cord injury. My occupational therapist at Hubballi General Hospital has assessed me and recommended a stair-climbing aid. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,050.
My current equipment is 10 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 5 weeks.
With the right equipment I could join the school sports day. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $1,050 goes:
• Delivery and set-up: $10
• Fitting and training sessions: $35
• stair-climbing aid: $1,005
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Can I help in a way that isn't money? I'm near Hubballi.
Best of luck, Ramesh. Hope the doctors have good news. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust.
Rooting for you, Ramesh. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. All the best
shared this with my family. I hope July is when things finally get easier
