Rajan's septoplasty can't wait - please help us cover the bill

In June I was diagnosed with a herniated spinal disc. My surgeon at Aurangabad Orthopedic Institute recommended septoplasty, and I have been placed on the schedule for September. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $1,100, and after what the government subsidy will pay, I'm still $550 short.
Doctors at Aurangabad Orthopedic Institute told me a herniated spinal disc will get worse without septoplasty. I work as a retail assistant, and I have saved what I can, but the estimate of $1,100 is far beyond what I've.
Until the surgery I can't work full days, and my hours as a retail assistant have already been cut. Every week of waiting means more pain and a bigger risk.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 4 weeks. I'll not be able to stand for more than ten minutes during that time, so this has become a financial emergency as well as a medical one.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Rajan.
Travel and lodging for the family is $25 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Happy to explain more.
