Rahayu needs a specialist standing frame that the health system won't fund; the cost is $700.

Rahayu lives with profound hearing loss. The occupational therapist at the Jakarta Selatan Mobility Clinic has assessed her and recommended a specialist standing frame. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $700.
Her current equipment is 8 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 10 weeks.
With the right equipment Rahayu could attend work interviews. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $700 goes:
• specialist standing frame: $640
• Fitting and training sessions: $50
• Delivery and set-up: $10
