Quang's final semester of a degree in social work in Hồ Chí Minh City

Quang is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a degree in social work at the Hồ Chí Minh City Institute of Technology, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $850. The registrar has said Quang can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Quang has a distinction average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Quang would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Quang isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the the Hồ Chí Minh City Institute of Technology bursar's office.
