Precious needs a gas stove and two refrigerators to reopen a street-food cart
A street-food cart in Pretoria needs help replacing a gas stove and two refrigerators after a break-in.

For four years I have run a street-food cart in Pretoria. In April, a break-in took a gas stove and two refrigerators. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Saturday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 12 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $1,050 goes:
• Replacing a gas stove and two refrigerators: $830
• Working capital for the first month: $70
• Initial stock: ingredients: $150
Every share and every dollar helps.

Thinking of you and your family, Precious. Small businesses are the heart of Pretoria. Hope you're open again soon. I went through something like this 2 years ago and strangers helped me out
Sending good thoughts, Precious. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Blessings.
Keep going, Precious. Shared it with a few friends. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
Wishing you the best, Precious. Hope you get there. God bless.
this could happen to any of us. I have a 16 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Greetings from Thane.
