Looking for a Polish speaker to translate a tenancy agreement so I can complete my benefits claim.

I'm Maria, and I live in Novosibirsk. For my benefits claim I have to submit a tenancy agreement in English, and the original is in Polish. A certified translator quoted me more than I can pay.
It's about 2 pages and not technical. If you speak both languages well, I'd be so grateful for your time, even if you can't give an official certification. I can tell you if the office needs a stamp, and I'll try to find someone to do just that afterwards.
I'm in no rush if you tell me roughly when, but the deadline is about 5 weeks away.
