Polish to English translation of a medical report for Silvia
Looking for a Polish speaker to translate a medical report so I can complete my residence application.

I'm Silvia, and I live in La Plata. For my residence application I have to submit a medical report in English, and the original is in Polish. A certified translator quoted me more than I can pay.
It's about 6 pages and not technical. If you speak both languages well, I'd be so grateful for your time, even if you can't give an official certification. I can tell you if the office needs a stamp, and I'll try to find someone to do just that afterwards.
I'm in no rush if you tell me roughly when, but the deadline is about 2 weeks away.
Thank you, I really appreciate it.

I translated documents for a living for 9 years. I can do this for free. Just let me know.

I speak both languages fluently and could do this over the weekend. Flexible on timing.
