Septoplasty for Kittisak: covering what insurance won't
A scheduled septoplasty in June is out of reach without help covering $1,450 of the cost.

Kittisak was diagnosed with endometriosis requiring surgery in March. The surgeon at Nakhon Ratchasima General Hospital recommended septoplasty, and He is scheduled for June. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,950, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $1,450 short.
my father has been in and out of Nakhon Ratchasima General Hospital since March. The doctors say endometriosis requiring surgery will get worse without septoplasty. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,950 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Kittisak struggles with daily life and can't lift anything heavy. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
The recovery period is expected to take about 7 weeks. During that time Kittisak won't be able to lift anything heavy, so the costs keep growing.
I'll pay the hospital and pharmacy directly and post every receipt in the updates section.
