Pixel's kidney failure: help with the vet bill

Pixel is my senior cat of eleven years. On 1 July we rushed to the Rome Emergency Vet Clinic with kidney failure. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $1,000. They have stabilized Pixel, but the treatment can't wait beyond September. Pixel is more than a pet - Pixel walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $180 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to the Rome Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Pixel's recovery. Where the $1,000 goes: • Emergency surgery: $410 • Hospitalization (2 nights): $240 • Medication and follow-up visits: $90 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $260 Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself. - Daniele
