Supporting Piper through multiple myeloma: medication, transport to Mississauga Cancer Centre, and living costs while She cannot work.

Piper was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in November. The oncology team at Mississauga Cancer Centre has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in March. She will be away from work for about 7 weeks.
Piper is 39, worked as a shop owner until November, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Mississauga Cancer Centre 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $5,250
• Scans and lab work: $1,050
• Transport to Mississauga Cancer Centre: $980
