Pioneer Primary School needs a playground - Aisha's neighborhood project

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a playground. This year a group of 11 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Pioneer Primary School, but no funding. We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $500. It will serve about 212 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in August and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered. Where the $500 goes: • Materials: $420 • Safety equipment and signage: $35 • Permits and inspections: $45 I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.
