Pioneer Primary School needs a covered market stall space - Tamanna's neighborhood project
A community-led a covered market stall space at Pioneer Primary School that will serve 526 neighbors.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 14 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Pioneer Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $450.
It will serve about 526 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in April and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $450 goes:
• Materials: $300
• Permits and inspections: $55
• Safety equipment and signage: $25
• Tools hire and delivery: $70

Wishing you peace. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. All the best.
Is there anything that isn't money that would help Tamanna?
Thinking of you. Hope this works out for you. Wish I lived closer to Rio de Janeiro so I could bring a meal
Hope things get better soon. Hope the build day goes well, wish I lived closer. I went through something like this 9 years ago and strangers helped me out. Take care.
Hope things get better soon. Hope the build day goes well, wish I lived closer. I hope April is when things finally get easier. Take care.
Good luck. Great idea, hope you get there. Greetings from Gujranwala
