Phong wants to stay at home - help fund six months of care

I'm caring for my father, who's 92. After the death of his spouse Phong can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Phong desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 30 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Phong worked all of his life as a factory worker, and raised 5 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for six months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.
Where the $750 goes:
• Part-time carer (six months): $500
• Medication and prescriptions: $115
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $50
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $85
