Philipp can't leave home - help build a ramp
Materials are donated. We need two carpenters and a helper for a weekend in Berlin.
🇩🇪 Berlin, Germany294 views
Philipp has used a wheelchair since 2024, and the house has three steps at the front door and no ramp. At the moment Philipp can only go outside when two neighbors are available to lift the chair.
The materials (treated timber, screws and non-slip surface) have been donated by a local lumberyard. We need a carpenter or two to measure, cut and build, plus a helper or two.
The ramp has to meet the building-code slope requirement, which is why a person with building experience is important. We estimate twelve hours of work.
Tools are welcome - saws, drills, spirit levels. We'll provide refreshments, and Philipp's family will cook lunch for the team.
Glad we found this place.

Get well soon. Wish I lived closer to Mysuru so I could bring a meal. Blessings.
Hope things get better soon. Shared this with my family. My sister had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. All the best
Thinking of you and your family. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. I'll check back for the next update. Blessings.
Wishing you peace. Shared it with a few friends. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Greetings from Johannesburg.
Sending love, Johanna. Looking forward to the next update. After 6 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything. All the best.
