Peter needs my delivery van repaired to get back to work in Thika
Without my delivery van Peter cannot work; a $200 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my delivery van. 12 weeks ago the transmission failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $200. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $200 goes:
• transmission replacement (parts): $125
• Labor charges: $35
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $35
• Towing and inspection: $5
Thanks for reading all this.

Hope things get better soon. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Thinking of Thika
