Peshawar flood relief - the Riverside district
The flood damaged 30 homes in the Riverside district. We're raising funds for repairs, supplies and temporary shelter.

The flood hit the Riverside district on 23 October. My home was one of 30 damaged, and 5 families are still in temporary shelter at the community hall.
The first few days we shared what little we had. Now the cleanup has started, but we've no money for materials and winter or the rainy season is coming.
Schools in the area have been closed, and the clinic lost its cold storage for vaccines. We're a small community of working families who have never asked for help before.
We have formed a volunteer committee, and I'm the treasurer, so I'll post receipts for everything we buy.
We buy supplies locally and in bulk, so the money goes further. Receipts and photos will be posted in updates.
Where the $700 goes:
• Roofing sheets and timber: $210
• Clean water and purification supplies: $105
• Bedding, blankets and mattresses: $140
• Food parcels for displaced families: $95
• Tools and labor for repairs: $150
Thank you for reading my story.

- Delivered on promises
This helper is honest and transparent about what they can do. They didn't overpromise, but they did deliver excellent results. I would definitely trust them again.

Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My neighbor in Baton Rouge donated after I showed her your page
You're not alone, Humaira. Shared this with my family. I'll check back for the next update. Blessings.
