Pepper's a tumor on the spleen: help with the vet bill

Pepper is my cat of three years. On 30 August we rushed to Pasig Veterinary Centre with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $450.
They have stabilized Pepper, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Pepper is more than a pet - Pepper walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $20 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Pasig Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Pepper's recovery.
