Pedro needs my pickup repaired to get back to work in Ribeirão Preto
Without my pickup Pedro can't work; a $300 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my pickup. 5 weeks ago the engine head gasket failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $300. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $300 goes:
• Labor charges: $85
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $80
• engine head gasket replacement (parts): $135
Every share and every dollar helps.

Keep going, Pedro. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My sister had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.
Thinking of you, Pedro. Looking forward to the next update. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Take care
This could happen to any of us. My neighbor in Corpus Christi donated after I showed her your page.
thinking of you and your family, Pedro. Hope you get there.
Rooting for you, Pedro. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. All the best.
