Pavel's gallbladder removal can't wait - please help us cover the bill

Pavel was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor in January. The surgeon at Indore General Hospital recommended gallbladder removal, and He is scheduled for April. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,650, and after what our health plan will pay we're still $1,300 short.
my husband has been in and out of Indore General Hospital since January. The doctors say a benign brain tumor will get worse without gallbladder removal. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,650 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Pavel struggles with daily life and can't drive. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Recovery is expected to take about 12 weeks. During that time Pavel won't be able to drive, so the costs keep growing.
