Pamela's path to healing - trauma-focused CBT in Birmingham
Pamela is working through bullying at school and needs help paying for 16 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After bullying at school, Pamela has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at Birmingham Wellbeing Centre cost $55 each.
Pamela has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Pamela could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Pamela, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
