Pablo wants to stay at home - help fund four months of care
Pablo, 96, needs daily care to stay at home, and the family is raising $1,450 for a carer and medicines.

I'm caring for my father, who's 96. After the death of his spouse Pablo can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Pablo desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 50 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Pablo worked all of his life as a nurse, and raised 5 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for four months will make a huge difference.
The carer will be employed through a registered agency and paid directly. I'll share the agency invoices.
Where the $1,450 goes:
• Part-time carer (four months): $980
• Medication and prescriptions: $230
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $60
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $180

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Pablo.
It's all in the list in the story. part-time carer (four months) is the big one at $980, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. Good question.
